What is your favorite piece of jewelry and why?

Oh, so many choices. I'd have to say a right hand ring- something I change regularly and look at often! Or maybe a pair of dramatic gold earrings. Today it's a locket we found in one of Grandpa Anton's WWII trunks. It has the sweetest photo of him and my Grandma - must have been taken when they were in their 20's. I wear it on a long, diamond station chain by Hearts on Fire.

How long have you been in the jewelry industry?

Since birth. Seriously though, I was NEVER going to work in the store – I wanted to "make a difference. " Little did I understand what a blessing it is to be able to help my friends commemorate special events!

What do you love most about Olympia?

So many wonderful people working together to make this a great community to work, live and raise a family!

What is guaranteed to bring a smile to your face?

It's the little things - being surprised with a coffee OR surprising someone with a coffee. An unexpected wave or hello from a passerby. Listening to TED talks with my kids. & of course, a new piece of jewelry...

What is your ultimate dream vacation?

10 days in an overwater bungalow in Bora Bora (we said dream, right?)

What's something on your "bucket list"?

Visit the Azores, specifically Ponta Delgada.
