The original purchaser of a diamond engagement ring from Panowicz Jewelers is entitled to a full refund (excluding sales tax) of the purchase price of that ring, up to a maximum of five thousand dollars ($5000) if rainfall on the wedding day for which the ring was purchased measures ˝ inch or more. Rainfall will be measured at the Olympia Airport by the National Weather Service during the twenty four hour period of midnight to midnight on the day of the wedding.

To qualify for the refund, the wedding must take place no more than two years and no less than 30 days after you purchase your engagement ring. An official Panowicz Jewelers “Pray for Rain” certificate announcing your wedding date must be completed and signed by you at least 30 days prior to the wedding.
