What is your birthstone?

Diamond – lucky me :)!

What is your favorite piece of jewelry and why?

I love the pearl pendant that my husband gave me when he came home from his second tour in Iraq. It’s elegant and simple. AND I love my Hearts On Fire 5 stone band – I will never get over how much it sparkles.

When did you start your journey in the jewelry industry?

I had recently graduated from the UW not sure of what my next adventure would be. I dabbled in a few possible career paths before discovering the sparkly and gorgeous world of jewelry in 2007!

What do you love most about Olympia?

I love that there is so much to do! Farmer’s Market, kayaking, hiking and just a hop, skip and jump away there’s snowboarding AND big city life to enjoy too.

What is guaranteed to bring a smile to your face?

Tiny fluffy animals. The tinier and fluffier the bigger my smile.

What is your ultimate dream vacation?

Anywhere that has a sunny beach with white sand where I can relax and enjoy a refreshing tropical drink.

What's something on your "bucket list"?

I would love to go to Italy and stomp on grapes to make wine “I Love Lucy” style.
