What is your favorite piece of jewelry and why?

It's really hard to pick a favorite from my colelction! However, I love colored gemstones so anything with a unique jewel.

How long have you been in the jewelry industry?

I knew when I was fourteen what I wanted to be a Gemologist. Even if I wasn’t in the industry yet, I learned everything I could about gemstones finally attending GIA to complete my education, graduating in 2011.

What do you love most about Olympia?

I’ve lived in Olympia and the surrounding area my whole life and I’ve seen the town grow into a city. But no matter how big it seems to get, Olympia still has a small town feel!

What is guaranteed to bring a smile to your face?

Anything beautiful in nature, from a flower blooming to a lovely sunset to the sounds of birds. And, of course, a stunning gemstone.

What is your ultimate dream vacation?

To go to Narnia! It is a dream vacation, isn’t it?

What's something on your "bucket list"?

To self publish my 3rd book.
